Plan ahead and make sure to stop by all the great food spots during the NorCal Night Market, happening this weekend, Friday, July 27 through Sunday, July 29, 2018! 

On Sunday, July 8 Kollaboration SF was invited to the NorCal Night Market Preview day at the International Hotel in San Francisco, CA.

Auntie Viv’s Shave Ice is guaranteed to help keep you cool with the warm weather expected for this weekend. Some vendors, such as Rice Rice Baby, will be serving their dishes for the first time at the market. Other items, such as the pineapple buns with fried chicken and durian tarts from Hongry Kong are special menu items usually offered only at festivals.

For those who aren’t able to make a stop by the Alameda Fairgrounds this weekend, you’re in luck that many of these vendors, such as April 8 Cafe and Sig’s Little Kitchen have storefront locations, while other vendors like Fancy Flavors and Binka Bites take online orders so you can have their treats anytime.
